Return & Store Credit Policy

At Ashlyn’s by CG Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition with all applicable tags attached.

• Items returned with makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

• Original packaging should be included when applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

For health, hygiene, and business reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit:

• Cosmetics
• Swimwear
• Earrings
• Undergarments
• Gift Cards
• Clearance and Sale Items

STORE CREDIT:

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Ashlyn’s by CG Boutique.

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please email

within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or denial of your return.

EXCHANGES: 

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved on an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Ashlyn’s by CG Boutique may be deducted from the store credit issued.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
